DHA OMNIBUS IV Contract Overview

The OMNIBUS IV contracting vehicle is designed to enhance the related medical research and development programs of the Department of Defense (DoD). An added value of OMNIBUS IV is research and development migrating into medical practice via translation science support and services. If in scope and appropriately funded, OMNIBUS IV TOs may receive funding support from DHP RDT&E funds or other federal and non-federal sources to the extent permissible by the terms and conditions of the contract, law and federal regulations..
